Elho Heritage Collection

ABOUT THE PROJECT

As part of my Master’s Thesis, I digitized and visualized a selection of the original Elho Heritage collection using the 3D fashion software CLO.

Elho is a German retro brand for ski and sportswear that was particularly known for its freestyle collections from the 80s. These freestyle collections were characterized by neon colors, bright graphics and eye-catching prints and determined the trends in sportswear at the time.

Backpack Design

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The modular bicycle backpack design was part of a research project during my master studies. The backpack was designed and digitized using the 3D fashion software CLO.

The model is made up of various components that can either be carried as individual bags or put together to form a large rucksack.

The basis is a simple daypack which, after a simple conversion, also functions as a carrier bag. An additional lid flap can be attached as an extension to this daypack, which also functions separately as a bum bag or handlebar bag. To support the carrying system of the rucksack, an additional hip belt can be attached to the rucksack and this can also be worn as a single item around the hips. There is also the option of attaching an extra water bottle holder to the side of the rucksack, which can also be worn as a shoulder bag or attached to the handlebars with the help of an extra strap.
